ABOUT PLANNER PROTECT
Planner Protect is a boutique contract review agency that negotiates fair and balanced venue contracts for independent and in-house event planners and event hosts.
We offer consulting services, training, webinars and presentations that help hundreds of event planners and event hosts across Canada save tens of thousands of dollars every year. Planner Protect exists to educate planners about the risks and rewards of venue contracts to protect reputations and save money. Planner Protect is trusted equally by planners, clients and suppliers.
INTEGRITY AND TRANSPARENCY: There are no hidden fees and no commissions are taken. Everything we do serves the client’s best interest.
PRECISION: We take a “forensic” approach to contract content and language. We follow best practices and industry trends.
RELATIONSHIP BUILDING: We help our clients build strong relationships with their suppliers. We create win-wins that leave everyone happy and accountable.
SELF-SUFFICIENCY: We teach event planners and event hosts to read and understand their contracts – rather than always depending on us.
